I am shipping this directly to the recipient. Can you include a gift note?
Yes. We are happy to print a gift message on the packing slip with the order at no additional charge to you. Simply include this message in the “Note to seller” section at check out.

How soon do orders ship?

We pride ourselves in offering high quality products with a very quick turnaround time. Most orders leave our shop in less than a week. Shipping method and transit times depend on your location. Most US customers receive their order around 2-3 days after shipment, on average. If you need an order sooner, we offer a rushed production upgrade that can be added to an order. To ensure your order ships as fast as possible, please make sure to include all details for customization in the notes section when checking out.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on most items and free shipping on ALL orders over $35.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We always do our best to keep prices as low as possible. We would be happy to discuss bulk pricing for orders of 10 or more items. For orders of 3 or more items, we automatically offer 10% off as well as free shipping. No coupon needed. The discount will be applied at checkout.
Can I make a change or cancel my order?
We always do our best to make and ship our custom items as quickly as possible. Due to the custom and permanent nature of each item, we are unable to offer cancellations or changes on orders once we have started the production process. We are happy to discuss changes if we are contacted within 6 hours of placing your order.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
Yes. If we are contacted before an order ships, we can usually update the shipping address. Once an order ships, we are no longer able to update the address or offer any forwarding services. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, we are happy to reship it. However, the customer is responsible to the additional postage.
